You can manage your RICA details anytime in ClientZone or the AirMobile App.

Yes. Once you receive your new SIM, initiate the port via ClientZone or the AirMobile App — go to your products, select the mobile number, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a confirmation OTP from MTN which must be replied to within 4 hours. Porting takes place nightly between 22:30 and 23:30 (excluding public holidays). Any existing airtime or data on your old SIM transfers across automatically.

Top up whenever you need to via the AirMobile App or ClientZone. Bundles start at R30 for 1GB and are valid for 30 days. Out-of-bundle data is charged at 10c/MB. You can also enable Auto Top-Up to automatically reload your bundle when your balance runs low — you set the trigger threshold and a monthly maximum to avoid bill shock.

Yes — eSIM is fully supported on compatible devices. You can activate an eSIM during signup or do a SIM swap from a physical card to an eSIM at any time via ClientZone. When switching phones, simply delete the eSIM from your old device and add it to the new one.

Yes. If you have a contracted SIM base (postpaid or hybrid) and/or APNs from MTN and/or Vodacom, you can manage these through the Mobile+ platform.
